Why does my normalized THD measurement stop at 10 kHz when I am measuring to 20 kHz?

For a normalized distortion measurement, the maximum frequency of a harmonic distortion product is the stimulus frequency divided by the harmonic number. If you are measuring 2nd through 5th harmonic (as is common for THD measurements), and sweeping up to 20kHz, the 2nd harmonic distortion product will be measured up to 10kHz, the 3rd up to 6.67kHz, the 4th up to 5kHz and the 5th up to 4kHz. Your measurement will therefore stop at 10kHz as you have no normalized harmonic distortion components calculated above this frequency. You should also be aware that above 4kHz, you are not including all the harmonics
