How Do I Implement Logic in My Sequence Based on the Overall Pass/Fail From Multiple Limit Steps?

It is a common practice to use logic on the overall pass/fail to make decisions in the sequence such as retesting, user messages, and data storage options.  The easiest way to do this is to use the display step.  If your display step has a results window, the pass/fail of the data shown in the window will determine the overall pass/fail of the step.
For example, if you are displaying the results of 5 different limits in your display, and one of those limits fails, the entire step will register as a fail in the sequence.  The results window acts as an AND gate for the display step. Set your logic in the step configuration of the display step accordingly.
