Some customers using SoundCheck 23 in Windows 11 have reported that the AmpConnect ISC was grayed out in the Listen Hardware Tab (could happen with older versions too. However, with versions prior to SC22.02, there is another issue https://support.listeninc.com/hc/en-us/articles/33526790470292-Listen-Hardware-not-appearing-in-SoundCheck-s-hardware-table-Windows-11 which has been fixed in SC22.02 and later versions)
Fix-
- Uninstall the SC version you already have (make a copy of Calibration data and any sequences if you need to) and disconnect any Listen HW.
- Login as administrator. Under Windows Security > Device security > Core Isolation Details and turn OFF 'Local Security Authority Protection' and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist. This is how they appear.

4. After turning them off, restart your machine and reinstall SoundCheck. After install, restart your machine again and then connect the AmpConnect ISC.
5. Now, it should be automatically recognized by SoundCheck and populated within the Setup> Hardware> Listen Hardware and Audio Tabs.
